Stars of the Galaxy

KT has traveled the world as an emissary of hope. Along the way she’s been graced by some amazing and talented people: actors, writers, artists, people who bring the magic to the fans. KT loves to make friends, and some of these you just may recognize.

Samantha Alleyne

Samantha Alleyne rocketed to fame after appearing as the first female Stormtrooper in The Force Awakens. Since then, she has appeared in multiple Star Wars movies and streaming series in a variety of roles. But her favorite thing is to meet the fans and be a part of the community. Sam was smitten with KT and has since appeared with multiple KT units on her travels, earning her the title “Godmother to all KT’s!” She was there in 2021 for Pink Force Day in San Sebestian, Spain and again for the 2023 Pink Force Day in Milan, Italy. Sam always brings class, grace, and positive energy to the fans and KT is blessed to have her as her queen.

Peter Mayhew

Peter and Angie Mayhew had been friends and supporters of KT since before the droid existed. During Katie’s Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World, the Mayhews insisted on sending Katie and her sisters some fun money to spend in the park. And boy, did they feel spoiled!

The Mayhew Foundation is a longtime partner with KT in charitable projects and giving. Peter and Angie were the loveliest souls, always looking for ways to help others in the fan community. They were even there at San Diego Comic Con in 2007 when Hasbro released the exclusive R2-KT action figure. Few people are as close as family as the Mayhews, and KT is proud to have appeared in Peter’s children’s book, “My Favorite Giant.”
