“And last weekend my two units R2KT13 and R2D2 went to Argentina Comic Con 🤗 It was the first time taking out both at the same time (had to make two trips with my car for each one -in & out 🤦♂️) It was a blast as always having the droids interacting with the crowd 💪
“Along with the Rebel Legion, The Pink Force Argentina, R2 Builders and Saber Guild we raised funds for the NGO “Manos Solidarias”.
“KT13 had a great time meeting new people in her first ComicCon! And together with R2 they had fun with all kinds of cosplayers. R2 also was part of the Star Wars Parade on the main stage.”
2023 February: Hospital Posadas
2023 is off to a good start with the AmbassaDroid program. So many events to report. Let’s start with KT-13 in Argentina! Last week KT-13, Martin Tamburelli, and Pink Force Argentina converged on Hospital Posadas in Buenos Aires! There, along with Spidey and other costumed heroes, they raised the spirits of little ones who could use the Star Wars magic! Well done Martin and to all the volunteers!
2022 June: World Blood Drive Day
R2-KT-13 joined with Karen Greniuk, a great woman and leader, to be part of The Pink Force Argentina at the Garrahan Hospital World Blood Donor Day. Several Star Wars groups were present to accompany the #donors and at the same time #DonatingBloodIsGivingLife.
